Odd News Awards Videos: A Tribute to Stephen Root and a Back-To-School Special

I know almost nothing about American actor Stephen Root other than two of his roles as multimillionaire Jimmy James in the sitcom News Radio and Milton in the movie Office Space. This has almost nothing to do with odd news other than the coincidental inclusion of the word "News" in the sitcom title.  But I hope you enjoy these odd news award videos as a tribute to the two things I like that involve Stephen Root.


First up is a minisode of one of my favorite News Radio episodes "Super Karate Monkey Death Car."




Next is mashup Root's portrayal of Milton in Office Space.

Since I have seen the entire episode of News Radio and Office Space, I cannot be sure if these were funny to those of you that have not seen the News Radio episode and Office Space.  If you don't get it, find some time to watch at least Office Space. It's a classic movie.  Even if you can't do that right away, maybe you can get a kick out of my back-to-school video choice.  You gotta love "the Bean"! Mr. Bean's going back-to-school.
