Bike Rider Arrested for Abandoning Alligator

From Louisiana: Deputies in St. Charles Parish stopped a suspicious man riding a bike with a small three-foot alligator draped over his shoulder. The bike rider immediately dropped the bike and the gator and ran off. He was soon apprehended and charged with carrying drug paraphernalia and for cruelty to animals for abandoning the gator.
