Going to the Bar to have your Taxes Done

What an odd idea. In Hoboken, New Jersey you can go to a bar and get your taxes done while you drink. The concept sends my mind into a spin. The tax accountant and the bar owner are brilliant. What could make you feel like you need a drink more than seeing what you owe the government this year? This Reuters article did not say, but, I wonder if the bar owner pays the tax accountant to do business in his bar or if the tax accountant pays the bar owner for using his space? By the way, the accountant does not drink while on the job. Wonder if they have a franchise on the horizon, a sort of H. & R. Block type bar?
